Delivery and Returns

Our flower prices do not include delivery fees, that's how we keep our flowers affordable, even on special days like the Valentine's Day. We also give our customers the liberty to choose from various delivery methods that best suit their needs.

1) Standard Delivery ($5.00)

Delivery Timings: Monday to Saturday,  9 am to 10 pm
*Delivered within 1-2 working days after order date. 

*If you wish to receive your parcel on a later date, click "cart", please use the interactive calendar at the bottom of the page to select your preferred delivery date. (See guide below) 

2) Self Collection (FREE) 

Timing and Venue: Monday to Saturday, 8 pm, at Exit C, Buona Vista MRT station.

*Collect on the same day if order is placed before 6 pm, collect on the next working day if order is placed after 6 pm

3) Scheduled Delivery ($8.00) 

Delivery Timings: Monday to Saturday

Slot: A. 9am-12pm  B. 12pm-3pm     C.3pm-6pm  D.6pm-10pm 

Note down your choice of delivery slot in "note to seller" and pick the delivery date using the interactive calendar (guide shown below) 


*Delivered within 1-2 working days after order date.  

 

4)Same Day Hand-Delivery by 9 pm ($25.00)
This is an on-demand service that is manually arranged, please contact our customer service to check availability before making payment.

To avoid spelling errors, please contact us by SMS to 83213391 to provide the following information:
1) Item you wish to order (SKU number)
2) Your name, contact number, and recipient address (including unit number and post code) 

At the successful arrangement of this service, you may proceed to make payment for the delivery fees. 

Advance Date Selection 

1. Go to Cart 

2. At the bottom of the page, click on the interactive calendar 

3. Choose your preferred delivery date two days from the date of order, up to 7 days in advance. 


Returns
Please check the received parcel as soon as you receive it. If there’s any damage to the item, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order, we will have the damaged item sent back to us and replace you with a new order.

We seek your cooperation in checking your item as soon as it is received. It is regrettable that return cases set up 12 hours after receiving the order will not be processed.
